Super Simple Oat & Banana Cookies with Manuka Honey
The perfect addition to the kids (or your own) lunchbox, a tasty and healthy treat. The goodness of oats, Peanut butter and our favorite Mānuka Honey.
Ingredients
- 2 cups quick oats
- 2 bananas (the riper, the better)
- 2 tablespoons Mānuka Honey
- 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mash your bananas and add the oats.
- Microwave the Mānuka Honey and peanut butter until soft.
- Add all ingredients to the banana and oat mixture and stir until all the ingredients come together. Make sure that all the oats are covered.
- Shape heaped tablespoons of the mix and place onto a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Let cookies cool on a tray or eat them while they’re still warm.
Store in the fridge for up to a week....if they last that long.
