Oat and Banana Cookie with bananas and a spoon

Super Simple Oat & Banana Cookies with Manuka Honey

The perfect addition to the kids (or your own) lunchbox, a tasty and healthy treat. The goodness of oats, Peanut butter and our favorite Mānuka Honey.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 2 bananas (the riper, the better)
  • 2 tablespoons Mānuka Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Mash your bananas and add the oats.
  3. Microwave the Mānuka Honey and peanut butter until soft.
  4. Add all ingredients to the banana and oat mixture and stir until all the ingredients come together. Make sure that all the oats are covered.
  5. Shape heaped tablespoons of the mix and place onto a lined baking tray.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

Let cookies cool on a tray or eat them while they’re still warm.

Store in the fridge for up to a week....if they last that long.
