Subscription FAQs

How do I sign up?

Simply click the “Subscribe & Save" radio button, pick your products and delivery cadence, and complete your checkout.
You’ll be billed and your first order ships right away. Don't worry we will send you email notifications.

Can I change or skip a shipment?

Absolutely. Log in to your account and you can update, skip, or delay your next delivery easily (as long as it’s before our processing cutoff).

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Cancel anytime, with no fees or penalties. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, any cancellation or change must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled shipment. (We process orders overnight.)

When will my credit card be charged?

You will be charged prior to each shipment based on the subscription plan and schedule you selected. You’ll also receive an email reminder prior to the charge/shipment. If a shipment has already been processed, that order cannot be canceled, though any future shipments will be canceled.

Do I have to commit to a minimum term?

No. There’s no long-term commitment or minimum subscription duration.

What products are eligible for subscription?

Most core Comvita items are eligible — you’ll see a “Subscribe & Save” option on eligible product pages. (If a particular item isn’t eligible, you can still purchase it one time.)

What happens if an item is out of stock?

We will notify you, and either delay your shipment or offer a suitable replacement. You won’t be charged until your order is ready to ship.
